Exchange & Return Policy

For any exchange or return requests, please contact us at bearisedofc@gmail.com Kindly ensure you inform us of any issues within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for exchange or return.

1. Eligibility Criteria :

Exchange and return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery (including the day of delivery).

Products must be returned in their original condition, with the sticker label attached, properly folded, and securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

Used or washed products will not be eligible for exchange or return.

Only one exchange/return request per order is allowed.


2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable in cases of size issues or if a wrong product has been received.

We will replace the item with the correct size or correct product of the same value at no extra cost, and a reverse pickup will be arranged.

If the new product requested has a higher value, the price difference must be paid online before the exchange is processed.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in genuine cases, such as the delivery of defective or damaged products.

To request a refund, email us at bearisedofc@gmail.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defective item.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method or a bank account provided by the customer.

If a return is accepted for reasons other than product damage or incorrect delivery, a deduction of ₹100 will apply for reverse logistics costs.


4. Additional Information

No refunds will be provided for minor variations in color or design due to lighting, screen resolution, or display differences from our website, social media pages, or advertisements.

Refunds will not be issued if the defect is determined to be due to customer mishandling or neglect.

Do not accept damaged packages at the time of delivery, and notify us immediately if the package appears tampered with or damaged.

Products purchased on sale or using discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

Free exchanges are offered for size issues, but refunds will not be provided for size-related concerns.
