At Be Arised, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please find the details of our shipping process below:

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are dispatched within 3 to 4 working hours of order confirmation.


2. Delivery Timeline

Orders within India are typically delivered within 5–8 working days, depending on your shipping location.

Deliveries to remote areas, including parts of Jammu & Kashmir and the North-East region, may take up to 10 working days.

In rare cases, due to factors such as product availability, public holidays, or adverse weather conditions, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.

If you do not receive tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at bearisedofc@gmail.com for assistance.


4. Courier Partners

We partner with leading courier services including Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on your pincode and location.


5. Product Marked as Delivered But Not Received

In rare cases where the tracking status shows the product as delivered, but you have not received it:

Please check with family members, neighbors, flatmates, or the office mailroom, as deliveries are often accepted on behalf of the recipient.

If you still haven’t received the package, notify us at bearisedofc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.

We will immediately investigate the issue with our courier partner. If the claim is found genuine, a full refund will be issued. Please note that the investigation process may take up to 10 working days.

Requests raised after 48 hours of the delivery notification will not be eligible for review or compensation.
